Additional Information

This event is about Being and Experiencing. It is about Visioning Your Future. It is about Your Sacred Expression. It is an opportunity to empower your intention in the world as we pass through the cultural "mark" of entering the New Year.

We will purify ourselves in the womb of the Mother - the Sweatlodge. Then we will learn to access our Inner Vision and walk the Medicine Wheel. Then you will have the opportunity to express yourself through sound and movement. Then later you will take this expression, unite it with others and perform together a unified ensemble during the evening celebration. We will drink together of holy water that we have energized with our own power and give thanks for yet another moment of life on this Earth.

This event is also about having fun - fun through Art, Dance, Music and Play! We will experience a multi-media dance experience with amazing visuals, colorful art, dynamic and powerful music and You!

We ask that you arrive on December 28th, as we will have a very early start on December 29th.

Upon registration you will receive the schedule of events and timings by email.

If you can arrive in Sedona early in the day on the 28th - we will ask your participation in creating the Sweatlodges' for the group. This is a very important and powerful experience and we ask for your assistance.

Event location:
Verde Valley School in the Village of Oak Creek.

Directions:
Take Interstate 17 north from Phoenix, or south from Flagstaff to Highway 179 (Exit 298). Travel west on Highway 179 towards Sedona for approximately seven miles. Turn left at the second traffic signal in the Village of Oak Creek onto Verde Valley School Road. Go about four miles and you'll see the Verde Valley School sign to your left at a fork onto a dirt road. The center of campus is down the dirt road about three fourths of a mile from the sign.

Also through our partner, World Viewz, we have a few HOME-SHARE opportunities available at nominal charge with residents of the area for approximately $40 - $45 per person per night. Most of these home-shares are in Sedona or West Sedona, which is approximately 25-30 minutes by car from the workshop location.

If you are interested in a homestay - please email me right away so I can put you in touch with local residents.

If you are interested in sharing a hotel/motel room with another person, please email me as well.

Transportation:
If you are coming from out-of-state or out-of-country, your flight destination will be Phoenix, Arizona. You can either rent a car at the airport or there are several shuttles that come to Sedona on a daily basis.

Ace-Xpress Shuttle: This shuttle will deliver you door-to-door.
Call 1-800-336-2239 for reservations.

Sedona/Phoenix Airport Shuttle: This shuttle leaves Phoenix Airport for Sedona seven times per day, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call 928-282-2066 for reservations. Tell them you are going to (name of your hotel) in the Village of Oak Creek. I believe they have service to the Village.
