A day of intentful, ecstatic drumming and dancing for the soul… of your spirit soaring in ecstasy. Join the Sedona Community of Drummers and Dancers for a day of learning, growing and sharing. Sedona, Arizona / Village of Oak Creek Verde Valley School 10am to Noon SPIRIT DRUMMING WORKSHOP 
With shamanic sound healer, teacher and drum builder, Three Trees. Awaken the rhythms of healing within you. Deepen your connection with Spirit and yourself while experiencing the joy and timelessness of drumming. Join Three Trees in this introduction to the drum as a sacred tool for spiritual growth and healing. This workshop covers a varied of topics including Sacred drumming for personal empowerment, community healing and drum circle etiquette with a focus on intentfully activating and radiating the energies you personally desire to manifest with the coming of new year. Please bring your own drum, rattle, noisemaker or percussive instrument. A limited amount of drums are available for loan.
1pm to 3pm SPIRIT DANCE WORKSHOP 
With sacred dance specialist, healer and spiritual teacher, Carrie Konyha. Renew, refresh and revitalize yourself as we explore movement and dance as an ancient and powerful form of sacred, magical ritual. Learn to become a shapeshifter, using intentful movement and free style dance to align with and manifest specific energies. Play with dance as a moving meditation and transformational tool for self-discovery, awakening, and personal empowerment. Dance your way into new energies in celebration of the New Year. No dance experience necessary! ALL ARE WELCOME! Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.
4pm to 5pm COMMUNITY DRUM AND DANCE CIRCLE A FREE, community drum and dance circle open to all workshop participants. Explore the ideas presented in workshops in an intentful, community setting. An opportunity for drummer and dancers to interact, play and explore the spiritual healing power of intentful drumming and dancing. Experience the healing energy and ecstasy of SPIRIT drumming and dancing through you as we are collectively moved into higher vibrations, awareness and consciousness. $30 per workshop or take both for $50. Community circle is Free to workshop participants. Directions Turn left at the second traffic signal in the Village of Oak Creek onto Verde Valley School Road. Go about four miles and you'll see the Verde Valley School sign to your left at a fork onto a dirt road. The center of campus is down the dirt road about three fourths of a mile from the sign.
